Morristown Unified Land Use and Mobility Plan |
| Description |
The NJTPA is seeking consultant support through its pilot Local Planning Assistance Program to assist the Town of Morristown in development of a Unified Land Use and Mobility Plan. The purpose of this project is to create a plan that integrates local land-use development goals and regulations with transportation policies and investment through a publicly-driven, scenario-based planning process. An Implementation Plan will also be developed to identify strategies and specific actions that can assist the Town in executing the Unified Plan. This will include but not be limited to new zoning ordinances, capital investments, and other municipal policies. The Town of Morristown will take the lead on the data collection and analysis, land use and urban design aspects of the project while this RFP seeks consultant support to lead the transportation analysis and project management aspects of the project. The NJTPA invites all qualified firms with experience in this area to submit proposals for this project.
