Passaic County Freeholder Pasquale "Pat" Lepore joined the NJTPA Board of Trustees in 2008. Freeholder Lepore was elected in 2004. He is also serving his third term as Mayor of West Paterson, where he has lived with his wife for more than 35 years. He formerly served on the borough council and on the planning and library boards, the Municipal Alliance, and 
the Office of Emergency Management.
Freeholder Lepore has served on the Law & Public Safety and Budget committees, the Passaic County Utilities Authority, Human Services Committee, and the Health, Education & Community Service Committee. In addition, he is a member of the Board of School Estimate of Passaic County Community College, serves on the Passaic County Planning Board, and is a member of the Passaic County 200 Club.
Freeholder Lepore is a retired Sales Representative of the Entenmann's Division of George Weston Bakeries.
