Project Prioritization Committee

The Project Prioritization Committee is responsible for all activities related to the annual development and management of the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP); the establishment of regional investment priorities; the reconciliation of the TIP with the State’s Capital Construction Program; and TIP modifications and amendments.

The committee normally meets every other month, on alternate months from NJTPA Board meetings. Membership is as follows

  • Chairperson: Gene F. Feyl - Freeholder Director, Morris County
  • Vice-Chairperson: Thomas DeGise, Hudson County Executive
  • Trustee Member: H. James Polos - Freeholder, Middlesex County
  • Trustee Member: Joseph DiVincenzo - Essex County Executive
  • Trustee Member: James F. Lacey - Freeholder Director, Ocean County
  • Trustee Member: Matthew Holt - Freeholder, Hunterdon County
  • Trustee Member: John D'Amico Jr. - Freeholder, Monmouth County
  • Trustee Member: Deborah L. Gramiccioni - Governor's Representative
  • Trustee Member: James Simpson - Commissioner, New Jersey Department of Transportation
  • Trustee Member: James Weinstein - Executive Director, NJ Transit
