The UPWP summarizes and guides the transportation planning activities of the NJTPA staff, its member agencies and other transportation agencies in the region. It covers two years and is updated annually. It reflects priorities of the NJTPA Strategic Business Plan (link at right) which is updated every five years.

FY 2013 UPWP
The following files constitute the DRAFT FY 2013 Unified Planning Work
Program (UPWP). The work program will go into effect July 1, 2012. The final draft of the proposed
work program will be presented at the Planning and Economic Development Committee meeting on
February 21, 2012 for consideration and recommendation to the full Board for adoption at the March 12 , 2012
